At A Work In Progress, we are all about helping women find true, lasting recovery and building quality relationships with others. If you are ready to begin bulding a new life, our small female-only facility is prepared to help you. Our goal is to help you return to mainstream society as a vital woman, ready to take on the world and rebuild your life, one day at a time.
In our structured environment we focus on a shared household where everyone takes part in the daily chores as well as working together on learning and strengthening our recovery toolboxes. We value the 12-step principles of recovery but we also support each other through other recognized journies to a physically and mentally healthy life.
We believe that it’s not enough to just stop drinking or using to live a successful life in recovery. We understand the changes we must undergo and we go the extra mile to help our clients to adopt and understand these recovery concepts. A Work In Progress is where the love, as well as the service necessary to recover are at your fingertips. We are fully aware of the battles each one of us has to endure to rebuild our lives and we do not expect you to fight them on your own.
We owe our success to our supportive and friendly environment. Our program fosters growth and recovery to our female residents by providing sober, safe, and upscale housing, in conjunction with opportunities to participate in recovery and support programs. Meetings are conveniently close to our home and available on a daily basis.
